I'd lost my Outlook email account, Microsoft were no help. The lost account had lots of very important letters, documents etc...all gone. I was very worried all night. Liam very kindly and quickly saved the day. I want him to be recognised for his excellent customer service skills, patience and technical knowledge. Very nice young man, polite and couldn't have been more helpful.
