Virtual Office Services
I-Support Business provides services to thousands of clients, locally, nationally and internationally. We can provide business and individuals with a virtual address - either as a registered office address for limited companies or an address that sole traders and individuals can use - rather than using their own home address. This maintains a degree of confidentiality and ensures your home address or contact details are not published publically. Prices start from £35 a year for a registered office and £85 a year for a virtual address.
For sole traders wishing to work from home, our business address service, which starts at £85 a year for our Sussex Address, (£99 for London), this enables you to use our address on company stationery, emails, invoices and websites and is the main contact address for all customers and suppliers.
Limited Companies can choose between using our address as their registered office address, the legal address of the business used by Companies House and HMR, or using the address as their business address, much like that of a sole trader i.e. just for customers or suppliers. You can use the address for all these purposes by selecting our All Mail Package - as its name implies - you use the address for All Your Mail, so we can receive mail from official government office and your customers.
We aim to keep all our prices low, in order to help start up businesses, but we have many clients with us for over 5 years as we keep our prices consistent, so don't introduce large increases in prices after a year.
If you select just the registered office address, we will scan your mail and forward it to you via email or upload into your own business online account which you can access via a dashboard. If you choose the Business Address or All Mail packages, you provide us with a mailing deposit so that we can forward your mail - all your mail can be forwarded by scan or by post, and you can also decide on how frequently you want this. We are really flexible so you can contact us at any time to change this.
We are licenced by HMRC for Anti Money Laundering, so we are required to know who our clients are, so before we can approve any applications for our services, we require proof of address and proof of identity. So we will ask for a utility bill or bank statement, less than 2 months old and a scan of your passport or driving licence. All details provided will be verified online, using identification software. Any overseas clients will need to provide certified/notarised ID.

Registered Office Address A registered office address is the legal official address as listed at Companies House on their registry of limited companies. Rather than use a Directors home address to incorporate the business, you can use our address so that the home address details are private, any correspondence from Companies House and HMRC will then be scanned and sent to you directly.
