I am writing this post to share my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with ReloUK and to warn others about their lack of integrity and accountability. Back in October 2023, I reached out to ReloUK regarding an issue with the shipment of our charity goods to Estcourt, South Africa. To my surprise, the CEO personally contacted me, requesting that I remove my negative Google and Trustpilot reviews in exchange for resolving the matter. He assured me of a swift resolution and personally taking care of the issues at hand. However, it has been three long months since that conversation, and nothing has been resolved. The lack of progress and the broken promises from the CEO have left me questioning the integrity and trustworthiness of ReloUK's leadership.
